Frank was born in Pacific Grove and grew up in Monterey before attending USF and joining The U.S. Air Force. Frank and his family ended up settling in Novato for 27 years. Frank leaves behind his wife of 46 years Dolores Perry, their children Therese (Vince) Stanley, Michelle (Marc) Hinch, and Timothy Perry, and grandfather of seven. Preceded in death by his daughter Kathleen.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 1:00 PM with Vigil at 7:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, 17400 Peak Avenue, Morgan Hill, CA 95037

Burial will follow at Mission Memorial Park, 1915 Ord Grove, Seaside, CA 93955
