Obituary

Francisca Pulido Loza, born April 25, 1908 in San Juan de Los Arcos, Jalisco, Mexico, entered into eternal rest on November 23, 2005. Born to parents, Damaso Pulido and Defina Hernandez de Pulido, she was the sister of Camillo, Rosa, Raquel, Francisca II, Juan, Candelaria, and Guadalupe. She is survived by her son and his wife, Jose and Graciala Loza, by her daughter and husband, Socorro and Antonio Delgado, grandmother to Jesse Loza, Johnny Loza, Sergio Loza, Frances Muro, Grace Hernandez, Delfina Loza, Mike Loza, Javier Delgado, Jorge Delgado, Marco Delgado, Mary Delgado, and Veronica Delgado, 21 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Jesus Loza of Tala, Jalisco, Mexico. Francisca Pulido Loza was a diligent women that proudly worked for various canning companies in the south Santa Clara county, finally retiring from the Gilroy Canning Company in 1988. In her golden years, she was a mother figure to all and a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, tending to her animals, and dancing to mariachi music. A pillar of the Pulido, Loza, Delgado, Calderon. Gonzalez, and Jimenez families, she will be greatly missed…..fly on to the angels abuelita. Funeral Mass was held Monday, November 28, 2005 11:00 at St. Marys Church. Burial followed at St. Mary's Cemetery, Gilroy.
