Frances Charters passed away peacefully on January 9, 2023.
Frances was a gift to this planet.
Her love of family, Faith, flowers, nature, gardening, music, cooking, ocean-life, and animals will live on, as she planted great roots leaving us with many gifts.
Just pass by anything Frances touched and you will feel the warmth of sunshine, see the brightest of light and embrace her kind spirit.
Frances has been reunited with her beloved husband, the love of her life, for all eternity.
Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers as she kept all of you in hers.
Mass service for Frances will be on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 2:30 pm at the San Juan Bautista Mission in San Juan Bautista, CA
