On March 13, 2023, at the age of 85 years old, our beloved dad passed away unexpectedly.

He was born in Mexico and migrated to the United States in 1969 where he worked on dairy farm, construction and as a field worker.

He retired as a Supervisor in December 1999 after 29 years of service with Caltrans.

He loved listening to music, and he used to sing to us while we worked on the fields to pass the time. He loved sports, especially boxing. He was a huge fan of the San Francisco Giants and loved the Dallas Cowboys. He made friends wherever he went.

He was loved by so many people and will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his 8 children, Jesus, Ernesto, Carmen, Rosa, Martha, Mary, Oscar and Petra, as well as 27 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

He was extremely proud of his family.

We will always miss him, and he will live in our hearts forever.
