Elizabeth Carbajal, age 42, loving mother, sister and daughter. She was born in 1982 in Mexico City and grew up surrounded by family. Elizabeth was influenced by her family to be a loving and caring woman, always giving to others and she incorporated that into her motherhood. As a mother she was very generous, loving and kind.

She spent time with her daughter and family. She donated her time by helping others without any hesitation. As part of her job she contributed in helping others by being the voice of community leaders and members. She was a beautiful woman who touched the lives of everyone she met.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A visitation will begin 4:00pm followed by a 5:00pm vigil service on Sunday December 15th at Habing Funeral Home, Gilroy.

Mass will be held 9:30am Monday, December 16th at St. Mary Parish, Gilroy.
