Elisa Ramos  died Wednesday in Gilroy at the age of 90.  A native of Los Ramones Neuvo Leon Mexico, came to the United States in 1943.  Lived in Misson Texas where she met her husband Filomeno Ramos Jr.,  migrated to California in 1964 and settled in Gilroy California.  She retired from Gilroy Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in 2003.  She was a long time member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, loved to cook and spend time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by sons, David Ramos, Rogelio Ramos Sr., both of Gilroy Ca. , Samuel Ramos of Hollister Ca. , Gilbert Ramos of Mission Texas, Daniel Ramos of Houston Texas, daughters Leticia Benavidez of Gilroy Ca., Thelma Tuttle of Fort Collins Colo.; sisters, Isidora Mercedes Flores Leal, Ma irene Flores Leal both of Los Ramones Neuvo Leon Mexico; grandchildren Rogelio Ramos Jr., David A. Ramos, Filomeno Ramos III, Marquez Grays, Nancy Tuttle, Patricia Tuttle, Joshua Tanaka, Maritza Ramos, Araceli Ramos, Marco Ramos, Monica Ramos, Joe Benavidez, Margie Jagueri , Barbara Benavidez, Gabrial Ramos, Andrea Ramos, Daniel Flores, Great Grand children, Penelope Ramos, Emily Ramos, Elijah Ramos, Sebastian Ramos, and many nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 2, 2018 at 9:00 am at the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 7999 Miller Ave. Gilroy Ca., under the direction of Habing Family Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park.
