Elias Ruiz Jr. Passed away peacefully, November 26, 2017 . He was born in San Jose, CA. Elias Junior was preceded in death by his father Elias Ruiz and mother Virginia Ruiz. He is survived by his sister Belia Wynne (Bob), brother Mario Ruiz, brother Carlos Ruiz (Maria), Irma Johnson.
