Eduardo "Lalo", 71, of Gilroy, passed away on October 24, 2021, with his loving family by his side.

Our beloved brother Lalo Rodriguez earned his wings on October 24 ^th at 9:16 pm.  He is now reunited with our parents, Tomas and Camila Rodriguez, our beloved sister, Lupe Rodriguez and his aunt, Amelia Valadez, whom he loved dearly.

He is survived by his wife; Alejandra Rodriguez. Sisters; Juliana (Cheno+) Hinojos, Delia (Cruz+) Minjarez from El Paso TX, Antonia (Lupe+) Solis, Maria Rodriguez from San Jose CA, Mary (Jaime) Jimenez, Irma Rodriguez and Teresa Rodriguez from Gilroy CA. Brothers; Tomas (Lucia) Rodriguez from Clint TX, Enrique Rodriguez from Gilroy CA and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Lalo was born in Clint, Texas and lived there until our family moved to Gilroy, in 1965. Where he has lived, ever since.  He graduated from Live Oak High in 1970.  He worked for the Gilroy Dispatch for over 20 years, until he retired.

Lalo loved being with family and especially enjoyed his music "the oldies." He will dearly missed.

A Visitation will be held at Habing Family Funeral Home on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 4:00 pm, followed by a Vigil and Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will held at St. Mary's Church on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 12:00 pm.  Eduardo will be taken home to El Paso, Texas for burial.
