Dorothy Jean Comin passed away Monday, May 16, 2022, at the age of 90.  Born in Lompoc, California, and moved to Gilroy as a young child. After graduating from Gilroy High School, Dorothy met and married Richard Comin in 1955. Dorothy worked in various medical positions and as a teachers assistant at Gateway School for over 30 years. Loving mother of Mark (Tracey) Comin, and  Frank (Linda) Comin. Nana to Alexandria, Isabella, Francesca, and Hannah Marie Comin. She loved to bake Italian Cookies with her Sister, Judy and never let a holiday go without her "Spanish tile Jello molds".  She was preceded in death by her husband Richard K Comin her parents Adelina and Ricardo Guerra, Sister Judy (Joe) Filice, Brothers Max Guerra, Roy (Jackie) Guerra. Dorothy will always be remembered for her feisty personality, love and devotion to her family.
