David Anthony Rutjes

David passed from this life early Easter morning from cancer.

He was born and raised in Gilroy and attended Gilroy High class of 1974

After school he helped bale hay and worked at his mom's store, Quik Stop. He then became a Glazier in the Northern Calif Glassworkers Union.

After retiring he settled in Jamestown.

David was proceeded in death by his son Anthony, Dad Ben Rutjes, and Mother, Geri Mathus. He is survived by two brothers Dr. Ron Powell, Oregon and Michael Powell Colorado.

No funeral was requested. He was cremated and his ashes will be dispersed according to his wishes.

He will be missed by many friends and family.
