David was the beloved son of Barbara Risher and Wilburn (Shirley) Risher. Dear brother of James (Lori), Joseph and Joann. Uncle to Hannah, Danielle and Tanya.
Funeral service will be Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Alta Mesa Memorial Park, 695 Arastradero Road, Palo Alto, CA 94306. Family asks in lieu of flowers donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
