Daniel was born on January 1, 1966, in Oakland, California, and married his wife Erika Ruiz in 2004. He will be remembered for his generous heart, love for the Lord, and his big smile.

He is survived by his lovely wife, Erika, his beautiful children, Lorena Breecker, Eden Danielle Gutierrez, his 2 precious grandchildren Jude and Hunter Breecker, his loving parents Gilbert and Lupe Rodriquez, 6 brothers, 4 sisters, and 22 nieces and nephews.
