Obituary
Passed away peacefully at home with her husband by her side. Pre-deceased by her parents Lawrence and Lucy Cooper, son David and grandson Andrel Gaines.
Survived by her husband of 49 years Josef L. Avila, siblings Larry Cooper and Mary Gagnon; children Andrea, Paul, Juliana, Adam and Anthony; ten grandchildren in which she loved very much and enjoyed spending time with. She retired after thirty years of service with the United States Postal Service. Loved spending time at their cabin in Fish Camp, CA.
"Coop-MOM-Grandma", will be forever missed by her family.
A visitation will be held at Habing Funeral Home on Friday Nov. 25th, 2011, from 5:00-8:00 P.M.
Graveside service at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, 1000 First Street, Gilroy at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 26th, 2011.
