CAROL JEAN BRITTAIN, 80, of Gilroy passed away Saturday, October 23,2010. Wife of the late Albert L. Brittain. Mother of Sharon Andritsis (Angelo) of Modesto, Mark A. Brittain of Modesto and Julie Brittain Jones (Jeffrey) of Burbank, CA. Grandmother of Lisa Crocker, Johnny Crocker (Nicole), David Brittain(Ashley), Andrea Brittain, (Mother Debora), Christopher Jones and Brian Jones. Great-grandmother of Richie, Yanina, Austin, Devyn, PJ, Kordelland Zyrie.Sister of Stanley Rosenberg (Joan) of Carmichael, CA. Companion of Maurice "Red" Elder of Gilroy.
Born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA. Then moved to Gilroy in the early 1960's and has been a resident ever since. Volunteered for The Red Cross for many years, Kaiser Permanente and Bonfante Gardens.Enjoyed camping with the Vagabums as well as traveling abroad. Member of Women in Touch.

Memorial Services Saturday, October 30, 2010 ¬ 2:00 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy.
