Surrounded by her loved ones Carmen Grijalva Juarez passed away on November 8, 2025. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and much more to her family.

Carmen will be remembered for her strong spirit and loving support that she brought to those around her. As the matriarch of her family she created a home full of love and faith that she never hesitated to share with those around her.

She worked many years at local Gilroy pharmacies and enjoyed lending a helping hand around her church community at St. Mary Parish.

Carmen is survived by her husband Ignacio; sons Andy and Victor (Noemi); grandchildren Emmie, Adryana, Liliana, Emily and Gabriel; brothers Lou (Cathie), and Ralph (Nara); nieces Kristina and Kimberly as well as many more family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by parents Rosa and Tomas; and brother Jesus.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary Church on November 21, 2025 at 2:30pm.
