On March 18, 2021 Brook Yves Moreno passed away in San Jose, CA at the age of 48. She is preceded in death by her husband Anthony Centeno III. She is survived by her children Anthony Centeno IV, Sarena Centeno, Audrey Centeno, and Mariah Centeno; her granddaughter Amia; mother Georgina Moreno; siblings Franca, Ryan, Jennifer, Eric, and Dominique; and by many nieces and nephews. Brook enjoyed spending time with her children and family, and recently just became a proud grandmother. Brook would light up a room with her contagious smile, encouraging everyone to push on regardless of the situation. She is well loved and will be forever missed by her family and friends.

A visitation will be held Thursday April 1 ,2021 from 11:00-12:00pm, funeral services will follow immediately after at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park in Gilroy, CA.
