With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved son, Brian Matthew Puente. Brian peacefully passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026 at the age of 49 surrounded by family.
Brian was born on May 12, 1976 in San Jose California and lived most of his life in Gilroy California. He married Flor Hernandez and together they had two children, Estella Rose and Jacob Matthew.
His career path was in the tech field working for many different tech companies as a Wi-Fi test engineer.
He leaves his former wife, Flor, his children, Estella and Jacob, his parents, Ermelindo and Mary Ann Puente, his brother, Jeff and sister, Katherine. Also many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
