BRENDA WILLIAMSON, 60

Brenda L. (Kline) Williamson passed away Thursday January 9, 2014 at Saint Louise Regional Hospital, Gilroy, CA after a valiant fight with Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Born January 30, 1953, she was the daughter of Meredith and Patricia Kline of Myersville, MD.

She lived in Rohrersville, MD but recently moved to Gilroy, CA to be with her daughter and grandchildren.

Brenda graduated from Middletown High School in 1971. She continued her education at Frostburg State College graduating with a Bachelor's Degree and earned her Master's Degree at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC.

She was employed by the State of Maryland as Director of the Western Region Developmental Disabilities Administration. Prior to her employment with the State of Maryland, she was the coordinator of rehab centers in Lexington, Kentucky, Greenville, North Carolina and Smithsburg, MD.

She attended Garfield United Methodist Church, Smithsburg, MD and Emanuel Methodist Church in Hagerstown, MD with Pastor Randy Reid.

She was a loving, dedicated daughter, mother and grandmother, a wonderful, caring sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Our lives will not be the same without her.

In addition to her parents, Brenda is survived by her daughter Christina Mullins and husband Scott, of Gilroy, CA; grandchildren, Isabella, Tristan and Jackson; brother Meran Kline and wife Mary, of Smithsburg, MD; nieces, Prema Kline and Misty Hawes; 3 great nieces and 3 great great nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Frederick County.

A memorial service in Brenda's honor will be held at a later date.
