Brenda B. Soseman Hart, 64, of San Jose CA died March 14, 2014 with her family by her side. She was born in West Virginia May 2, 1949 of Erma (Bare) Kawaoka and James Bare. She was raised in Santa Clara CA by her mother Erma and step father Jackson Kawaoka, with her sister Barbara Shirley. She graduated from Wilcox High School (1967) where she met Gerald Soseman who she married in 1968. They had two children Matthew Soseman and Stephanie Soseman.

Brenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She had a beautiful light to her soul and truly loved her family. Brenda enjoyed dancing, music and antiques.

Brenda was preceeded in death by her mother Erma Kawaoka, father Jackson Kawaoka and husband James Michael Hart. She is survived by her son Matthew Soseman and his wife Kristen of Gilroy CA, her daughter Stephanie Soseman of Prescott Valley AZ, her sister Barbara Shirley of Sunnyvale CA and her grandsons Justin and Tyler Soseman of Gilroy CA and Devan Peckham of Prescott Valley AZ.

A private memorial service will be held for immediate family at a later date.
