Beatriz Martinez, 65 of Gilroy, California passed away peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2020 in the comfort of her peaceful home. Born in Crystal City, Texas, to Aldalberto and Maria De la Zamora. She lived the majority of her life in San Jose, California.

Beatriz was a sensitive, caring, and compassion soul, who enjoyed gardening, crafting, jewelry, and helping others. She worked a Clerical Supervisor, for Santa Clara County Office of Education. In her spare time, she enjoyed making jewelry and cooking for her grandchildren.

Beatriz was extremely loving and proud of her two daughters and three grandchildren. She is also survived by her husband, brothers, Albert Zamora, David Zamora, Daniel "Danny" Zamora, and sisters, Mary Zamora, Angie Chavez, Sandra Zamora, and Sonia Castillo, best friends, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

The family will put Beatriz to rest on March 30, 2020 at the Gavilan Hills Memorial Park. This service is for immediate family members, due to restrictions currently in place.
