Angel C. Moreno was born on August 13, 1946, and passed away in his home surrounded by his loving daughters & family on January 18, 2025, after a lengthy illness and hard-fought battle against cancer.

Angel is preceded in death by his lovely family and late beautiful wife Nellie Moreno, his daughters Rose and Maggie Moreno, Son-in Law Kyle Wright, sons George Moreno, Angel Jr Moreno, Son-in Law, Vin Penaflor, son Gilbert Moreno, and also the lights of his life, his one and only grandson, Samuel Moreno, and his most greatest love and closest best friend, granddaughter Evangeline Wright.

Angel was a true friend to those fortunate to know him and had a firm, sharp, sense of humor. He was a no muss no fuss type of straightforward man. Our dad always made people laugh without even trying, his no-nonsense outlook was filled with love and care in his own special way and those who were lucky to have known this great virtue in my dad will never forget it. My father was a man of vast skills, and a highly certified-skilled welder/fabricator of decades by trade. Nothing was impossible for him, and he was never afraid of hard work and getting the job done. An undeniably great man in his own right. His morals and hard-working ethics, as well as his great legacy lives on in us in great measure. His children who are college graduates, entrepreneurs, military veteran, and hard workers speak to the great parenting our father and mother provided. The world is a little bit sadder in the loss of our father and of our mother who preceded him in death. Salt of the earth people, great parents, and human beings, true lights in this world and now guardian angels in heaven up above. We love you both, until that day we are all reunited, rest easy dad. We will take it from here! We love you mom and dad, forever. God bless and be with us all. Amen.
