Allysa Chavez-Perez 17, passed away in Gilroy Sunday, March 3, 2013.
Daughter of Sonia Chavez (Eddie Yanez) of Gilroy and Jim Perez of Minnesota. Sister of Cynthia, Gabriel, Manuel and Isabella all of Gilroy. Granddaughter of Yolanda & Paul Chavez of Morgan Hill. Great-granddaughter of Carlos & Rachel Sanchez of Gilroy. Niece of Elizabeth Chavez and Paul-Michael Chavez both of Morgan Hill. Also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Allysa is a senior at Advanced Path High School, Gilroy.
Memorial Services Monday, March 11, 2013 – 10:00 AM at Habing Family Funeral Home.
