Alice Martinez passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 28, 2019.  Survived by her children Christina & Louis Garcia, Jr. & Liz Martinez, Nancy Santana, Geno Martinez, Tom & Karen Martinez, and Art & Toni Martinez.  Grandmother of 14, Great-Grandmother of 16.  Alice was preceded in death by her husband Luther, son, Gilbert Martinez and Son-in-law, Pete Santana.  Alice was born in Whitter, CA on August 6, 1931.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a wonderful friend to many.  Alice loved to cook, garden and spend time with her grandchildren.  She will be deeply missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 12 Noon followed by Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 1:00 PM.  Burial will take place following the Mass at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
