Agustin Velazquez Sanchez, age 45, passed away on January 24, 2014 in San Jose, CA surrounded by his family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014, starting at 2:00 P.M. at Habing Family Funeral Home followed by a Rosary Service at 6:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, January 31, 2014, at 1:30 P.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church followed by burial at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park.
