Adeline Pena Rivera, 64, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 19, 2017. She is survived by her daughters, Inez Mendez, Shante Guel , Vicki Barrientos and son in law Rick Barrientos, siblings and beloved grandchildren. She was a native of Gilroy and worked for the Gilroy Unified School District (Eliot School) for many years. Adeline was an incredible person and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and loved to travel. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Memorial service to take place 11:00am, Monday, March 27, 2017 at South Valley Community Church, 8095 Kelton Dr., Gilroy.
